You can be who you are...This group is to help people who are anxious or nervous about something...And come here for advice or to meet people with the same situation. you're not different if you are going through something that makes you anxious or nervous...You can meet other people on here that have or had the same thing happen to them, and you can find new ways to help die down the anxiety or nervousness!

Couldn't believe when I saw your group! I've been living with OCD since I was 7 (I'm now 41) and you're right; it DOES get better! So happy that you've decided to be "brave" and let others know they aren't the only ones (I thought that too for a long time) With respect and admiration, ~Courtisha
